Well was plugged by Team Services LLC from Michigan on 7/31/07. Inspector unable to witness plug. Checked well with Tim Tinker of Team Services LLC. Could not observe cement in pipe due to pit around well casing. Tim indicated that cement was near ground elevation. Completed plugging report with Tim.

Checked well site with Tim Tinker. Well casing has been cut off below ground, ID plate attached to well, pit backfilled and area graded. The disturbed area was natural succession site next to farm field. An existing stone lane was on the site. Some of the stone was spread around the graded area. Suggested that Tim contact landowner to determine if additional stone is needed for access lane. Remaining disturbed areas around the site needs to be seeded with reclamation type seed mixture, including a fast growing annual grass.
