I met the pumper (Cory Nethings) on site and explained where the oil leak is. I issued a Verbal Notice advising him to repair the leak and remove any contaminated soil from the site. I also advised Cory to call me when the remediation at the site has been completed. |

348986787 | 2011-04-05 | A flowline leak located approximately 200 feet south of the tank battery was reported by the Hudson Fire Department. Inspector Lowder responded to the request for assistance. Approximately 1/2 bbl of oil was lost and recovered with the application of peat. The company will remove any impacted soil and repair the flowline leak before the well is turned back on. On this date there was no activity on site. |
