-410259619 2013-09-10 My inspection found the well in production. I was unable to locate the well. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank and a 50 barrel brine tank. The battery was completely overgrown with weeds. I could not properly inspect the dike, because of the weeds. The proper identification information was posted on a stenciled sign on the production tank; however, the wrong permit number was posted. The heat, treated separator had the correct spacing. The lease road was in good condition. I noticed new construction of a house and garage south of the tank battery. It appears the landowner was using the lease road. I called Valerie Dunne of Well Completion Services at 440-858-2343. I told her the weeds needed cut down inside the tank battery and to post the proper permit number. Bob Barr, Jr. claimed the landowner did not ask for permission to use the lease road as a driveway for the new house and garage. Also, Bob claimed the landowner removed the dike on the west side of the tank battery when adding top soil and gravel to the lease road. I emailed photos of the tank battery and identification sign to Valerie.
