Well is equipped with 4.5 " casing above ground with 4.5" swedge in top. 8 5/8" casing and braiden head above ground. Well is 500' south of TR 2724. Culvert to be installed in stream to access well. Old lease road remains open to well. No leakage around well head.

835706322 2006-08-30 Met with Dave Reynolds of Columbia Gas to inspect well on their lease. Well is equipped with 4.5 swedge and old pressure gauge. Dave Reynolds opened well to test pressure and small amount of gas blew down. Columbia aquired lease in 1987 after well was drilled by Dixie Energy. Bond was forfieted in 2003 and well was referred to I&O program. Landowner advised Columbia Gas pays her 500.00 dollars a year for the storage lease. Dave Hodges pulled well from program due to storage field. Columbia Gas, Jason martin will advise me of their decision to plug or produce well.
