-1629301874 2003-03-20 Received a call from the Garrettsville Fire Department on 3/19 concerning a gas leak from an unknown well located near the intersection between SR 88 and Hewins Road. Using RBDMS, the well was identified as the Adams #1 and Garrettsville Fire contacted Weinsz. The site was inspected on 3/20 and the gas leak was repaired. No violations at this time. The well has been used for domestic gas.
1216i193 2002-01-25 Inspected this well to obtain gps coordinates and rule out the possibility that this well is the one complained about in the Stratton Complaint.
604096169 2013-07-24 My inspection showed no evidence of the well, tank(s), separator or line associated with this permit number. The area around the well has been graded and vegetation has been re-established. The lease road has been removed and vegetation has been re-established. Final restoration passed.
