-1881094518 2013-10-17 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There was a plug on the load line. The proper identification sign was posted. There were locked, chain link fences at the well and tank battery. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it met containment requirements. There was no urban safety equipment installed on the production tank. The sales line was inside the locked chain link fence. The lease road was in good condition. I called Todd Sutko at 330-506-2531. I instructed Todd to install the proper urban safety equipment required by 1501:9-9-5E(4).
