The well was plugged in February 2006. Final restoration was due bySeptember 2006. This inspection found that there is chain link fence stacked on site and some brush and trees cut, removed or pushed over to permit plugging are still there. These material need to be removed and properly disposed. Any equipment associated with the operation of the well must either be removed or waived by the landowner by signing a waiver. NONEA
