-1839922266 2014-06-19 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. Production reports are current. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spill , or problems at either the production wellhead or tank battery system. The wellhead and battery are located within the asphalt-paved parking area behind the professional office building at 23360 Chagrin Blvd. The secondary containment at the battery which is comprised of 24" high masonry block, is in good condition. The process safety equipment is present. Tank hatch lids are closed. Load lines are bull-plugged and locked. Gates are intact and locked. Signage is present, accurate, and readable. The interior diked area is lined with sorted limestone gravel which is free from standing water or weeds. I observed no problems or issues requiring attention.
