-1722028093 2012-12-17 I completed an urban production well inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a new board-on-board fence and the proper identification sign. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with an identification sign. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. It contained one, 100 barrel production tank and a separator. There was a lock and bull plug on the load line. The lease road was on good condition. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I researched our database and found the well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
