-114623059 2013-07-12 I came to location to witness the perf job but they had completed job earlier than expected and were running tubing when I arrived on location.
-124301225 2013-06-19 I was on location to witness the cementing of the surface casing by Formation Cement CO. Artex is using the Kilbarger Patterson #17 rig. The Kilbarger drilled a 12 1/4" hole to a TD of 739'. The casing shoe depth was 687'. Centralizers were not run on the surface casing and the baffle insert was at a depth of 645'. The plug was down at 2:33pm with good cement returns. The baffle still had a flapper so they shut the well in and bled the pressure to zero therefore indicating there were no leaks or loss of cement. I will return tomorrow to witness the surface casing pressure test (500psi for 5 minutes) when they test the BOP.
-739029579 2013-10-30 The location almost meets preliminary restoration requirements, however there is still some equipment on site and the well isn't completely hooked up to tanks and separator. The pits have been filled and the location has good vegetative growth. I will come back next month to see if they have completed restoration.
1371522921 2013-06-17 I was on location to witness the cementing of the conductor casing by Formation Cement CO. Artex is using the Killbarger Patterson #17 rig. There was good returns on the cement job.
1371733258 2013-06-20 I was on location to witness the integrity of the surface casing. Artex had hooked up a high pressure pump with a pressure gauge box to the casing head in order to test the annular at 300psi for 30 minutes. Test began at 10:10 AM with a psi of 320 and passed at 10:45 with 310psi. They will finish installing the choke line, trip in hole with 3.5" heavy weight drill pipe down to baffle, close off the annular, and then test the BOP.
1373896507 2013-07-15 I came to location to witness Producers perform an acid job on the Beekmantown formation for Artex. They were still treating the formation with acid when I left the location.
1399995142 2014-05-13 The site does not yet meet preliminary restoration requirements of ORC 1509.072A. The wellhead area has been restored with grass however the area of the dike still needs work. The access road near the dike and separator is still being used to keep pipeline. The well is still shut in however operator has recently completed pipeline installation.
1475702434 2013-06-17 Heath, from Artex, called and stated they were moving the Killbarger Patterson 17 rig onto location sometime today to begin drilling the conductor hole.
1710840498 2013-06-20 Witnessed Blow Out Preventer test. 590 psi was held on the annulus for the required time period with no loss in pressure. Also witnessed the grouting of the surface casing with 50 sacks of Class A cement. Cement top had fallen back roughly 20' after the surface job. Good returns were seen at the surface.
188797369 2014-08-15 Site now correctly meets 1509.072 preliminary requirements.
