He thought that the well had not been produced for at least 15 years. There was no production equipment on site. The well was marked with a piece of yellow field tile. The farm field was planted to beans. Mr. Young was not sure where Mrs. Germann last lived and thought she was deceased. Discussed plugging well.
1123685093	2005-08-10		Met with landowner, Ned Young, on site to submit well to I&O program. Well is being placed on program since previous owner, Paul Germann is now deceased. Mr. Young bought the property in the early 1990's. He indicated that the well has not been produced since he bought the property. Well was investigated at request of Columbus office.
