-701516739 2014-01-21 Compliance Action Follow-up 1379347770: The well and tank battery are still idle and overgrown with vegetation. There has been no resolution to any of the issues. I called Luke Mallet and left a message in regards to issues and ownership.
-854301111 2014-05-20 Compliance Action Follow-up 1379347770: I met with Larry Underwood, who is working for Mike Bendimun, to help him find this well. Mike has purchased this well and others from Luke Mallett. Larry is in the process of trying to get wells cleaned up and back into production.
1379347770 2013-09-16 Upon inspection, I found the well shut in and the pumpjack completely overgrown. The tank battery and separator were up on top of the hill and completely overgrown. The meter box was disconnected and the tank had no identification. There has been no production reported since 2009. Production has been reported as zero from 2000-2009. Operator must post proper id and turn in missing production to the state. Operator must make well capable of production within 60 days; or plugging is required in 60 days. Luke Mallet called and stated he already sold the wells to someone in WVA and has been waiting for the new owner to get everything in order with the state. I am going to wait and see how things unfold with new owner. 9-9-05(A)10
