-1822346100 2012-10-24 I completed a Preliminary Restoration inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence, located northeast of the tank battery on a dirt road off of Summit Avenue, and the proper identification posted. The tank battery was shared by permit number 2-3698, a dike, and contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification. The production equipment had the required spacing. The lease road was in good condition.
