1278613767 2010-07-08 Picked up surface info. Drilling at 500'
1836565040 2012-08-09 I met landowner Terry Stein on location in response to complaint #3914. On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank, one 30 barrel brine storage tank, one separator and an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. The landowner complaint was in regards to the restoration not being complete. I found that a mound of topsoil remained where the drilling pits were. I called Greg Wood (330-858-0202) to inform him of the complaint. He said they were aware of the mounded soil and they would have a crew out next week remedy to the problem.
