1333714395 2012-03-28 On 03/28/2012, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. This well shares a lease road with permit number 2-0428 and is the second well in from State Route 45. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift (rabbit) system. The lease road, tank battery, and well head locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed.
2046273783 2010-03-30 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the tank battery and the wellhead for the first time. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery and found both to be in good condition. The ID sign was posted. There were no violations at this time.
