-286662420 2014-07-16 I am onsite to witness the surface casing cementing operations. Falcon rig 27 drilled 389' of 24" hole. The rig ran 378' of 18.625" J-55 casing with five centralizers. Allied cemented the casing in place with class A cement. I witnessed 55 barrels of cement returns to surface.
1571634226 2014-07-01 On the date of inspection I accompanied ODNR Inspector Eric Conrad to witness the cementing of a conductor casing string. Refer to Eric Conrad's report for further details.
821728374 2014-07-01 I am onsite to witness the conductor string cementing. Express Energy Services ran 100' of 26" casing inside of 32" hole. The casing was cemented in place with 330 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed 18 barrels of cement return to surface.
