-1145085081 2011-05-27 Received call from Jeff Moore, Moore Well Services regarding old shale gas well at 32323 Lakeshore Blvd. The property is bank owned and for sale, prospective buyers are interested in the status of the well and whether it can be produced. Met Jeff at this address with Tom Hill to inspect the well. The well is an old shale gas well which sits approximately 5 feet from neighbor's home. The well is leaking from the backside as evidenced by bubbling around the annulus. 1-2' of water covering the wellhead. Discussed options for repairing or plugging the well with Jeff Moore. He expressed interest in using an inflatable packer to repair the leak. Final decision will be up to buyer of property.

1310557886 2011-07-11 Receieved phone call from Jeff Keserich(440) 944-6883, property owner next door to 32323 Lakeshore Blvd. Obersteiner well sits 5ft from his home. He inquired about the status of the well and expressed concern that a cigarette butt could ignite the well due to natural gas accumulating under the plywood board covering the wellhead. I informed Mr. Keserich that the well is in the process of being plugged and the chance of the well being ingited by a lit cigarette is minimal. He expressed gratitude and stated he "felt better" about the situation after our conversation.
