1295442597 2011-01-18 Got call from Sheriff - strong gas odor filling entire valley. Reportedly, in area of Lost Rd. Investigated, calling Dave Hill and Enervest after determining they owned wells in the area. Dave Hill responded quickly, did not find gas odor in area of Lost Rd, but did find moderate, dissipating odor east of interstate at Byesville. After finding no problems or leaks, determined that pumper had blown off a drip or possibly just well running and sending gas to the tank, were the cause of the problem, combined with fact that air was VERY heavy and gas was laying low to the ground. Called Petrox to make them aware of the complaint, as they had wells in the area also. Called Sheriff and Alice and told them of our findings.
