1405680223 2014-07-09 I was on location for an urban preliminary restoration. I found during my inspection the well in production with a plunger lift unit. A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank and a vertical separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. Safety equipment was installed on the production tank. Identification signs were posted at the well and production tank. A bull plug and lock was installed on the load line. Locked, chain link fences surrounded the well and tank battery. The lease road was on stable condition. The site was graded. Vegetation was well established. All debris was removed. The pits were filled and closed. All drilling equipment was removed. Drainage and erosion controls were in place.
