-159029089 2014-04-25 I was on location to perform a status checking inspection. I found during my inspection that the well was not in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The ball valve on the flow line at the well was closed. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the production tank. I noticed oil stained soil next to the production tank. The separator was positioned outside the dike. All production equipment spacing was in compliance. There was no identification sign posted. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There a 7 day production chart inside the separator dated 10/14 to 10/21 with no year. The lease road was in stable condition. I took photos of the production equipment and well. According to our database, Energy Exploration has reported zero annual production for 2012 and 2013. I called Energy Exploration & Development and left a message to return my call. John Ross of Energy Exploration returned my call on 5/2/2014. I told Energy Exploration that a compliance notice would be issue to file for a plugging permit within 90 days (8/1/2014) and to plug the well with 180 days (11/3/2014). John stated the landowner may be interested in owning the well. 9-05E1
