-1208161848 2013-01-22 I inspected this well and found one plunger lift system installed on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing or casing as there were no gauges installed on either. There was a residntial type gas meter with regulator installed off of the casing and the meter was enclosed with a protective steel enclosure. No leaks were detected on the wellhead or adjacent piping and the area around the wellhead was well maintained. The tank battery contained two 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, one enclosed gas sales chart recorder and a small drip assembly. I noticed a second horizontal oil and gas separator unit with an empty chart recorder housing attached to it in the tank battery. This second separator appeared to be not working and was disconnected from any piping. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank, but identified this tank battery as handling production for the Massi #1 well and the Massi #2 well. A search of the records showed that the Massi #2 well, Permit #4997 was plugged and abandoned in July 2005. No leaks were detected on the tanks or piping within the tank battery and the area within and around the battery was well maintained.
-1307008396 2010-09-30 Well is in production and equipped with rabbit. 2-100 barrel tanks in battery. Cloudy, 60 degrees.
-33999853 2014-08-05 Inspected production well on 08/05/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, and 1-horizontal separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is a rabbit well. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. The well will be monitored for a return to compliance. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. 9-9-05(A)10
