483658639 2014-03-31 The unit is comprised of a mechanical plunger lift unit not enclosed and an aboveground storage tank (ASTP) battery also not enclosed. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel production tank, and a 50-barrel steel brine tank and separator. The battery secondary containment is good. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The tanks require a spark arrestor. There is an open dike drain in the battery which should be closed when unattended. I will contact Bakerwell about it. Otherwise, the unit is good shape. No other problems noted.
