-1375174453 2014-07-01 On the date of inspection I accompanied ODNR Inspector Eric Conrad to witness the cementing of a conductor casing string. Refer to Eric Conrad's report for further details.
-2027814044 2014-07-06 My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Falcon 27, ran 416' of 18.625" casing. Allied Oil and Gas Services cemented the casing in place with 839 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed 49 barrels of cement return to surface. The mix water was tested at less than one on a low range Quantab.
479180552 2014-07-01 I am onsite to witness the conductor string cementing. Express Energy Services ran 100' of 26" casing inside of 32" hole. The casing was cemented in place with 330 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed 20 barrels of cement return to surface.
