1395413705 2014-03-21 Inspected the Williams #1 (#2256) as part of a standard production well status check. Inspect well, storage and identification. Status: Inspection revealed the pump jack unable to move in the up stroke and the motor running causing the belts to slip, squeal and smoke. Contacted operator who was out of town. Received permission to shut electric off at the power box to shut the well down. Also noted small pin hole leak on center tank #137651.
