1337957340 2012-05-25 On 5/25/2012, I conducted an inspection of a plug job by Nick's Well Plugging. During my inspection, I witnessed the tripping into the well with 2 3/8" tubing, setting the bottom cement plug, and tripping out of the well with 2 3/8" tubing. Please refer to the plugging report.
1338378645 2012-05-29 On 5/29/2012, I completed an inspection of a plug job by Nick's Well Plugging. During my inspection, I witnessed the ripping of the 4 1/2" casing, setting the Big Lime and Surface Casing/Surface plugs, and the removal of 88 lengths of 4 1/2" casing. Please refer to the plugging report.
892443541 2012-11-29 I completed a final restoration inspection. My inspection found the site was graded and vegetated. The lease road was retained by the landowner for farming crops. A steel container was used during the plugging and removed by Nick's Well Plugging. All production equipment was removed.
