530351501 2014-06-20 Visited location on 06/20/2014 with Jeff Fry for a status update inspection at the reequest of Gene Chini. The well is located within a concrete vault underneath the sidewalk leading to the side door of the residence. GPS coordinates and updated pictures were taken over the winter, so no additional ones were taken at the time of the inspection.
