1405093806 2014-07-10 Well Services group augered an open hole (7-9-14) with a depth of 100' and a diameter of 30". They also set 100' of 26" (94#/ft) conductor pipe. Allied oil and gas services, LLC was onsite to cement casing in place using a class A cement with 2%CaCl and .25#/sk floseal. Returns were viewed in cellar and 12 barrels of cement were returned to surface.
1407596131 2014-08-06 Accompanied by Inspector Andrew Corder. Purpose of inspection was to discuss current hang up issue, notification requirements and procedures. Top of the fish is at 1273' bottom at 1576' in a 17.5" open hole. Operator plans to set a 1000' kick off plug from the top of fish up. Returned for plug back scheduled at 9pm and the job was delayed and inspectors were not notified. Inspector Brandon Trigg also on site for postponed plug job.
1911728048 2014-07-26 Onsite to witness the cementing of the surface casing. Falcon 38 drilled a 24"x425' open hole and set 396' of 20" 94#/lb casing. Calfrac is onsite to cement the casing to surface using 420 sacks of class A cement (15.6 ppg 1.20 yield) by displacing down to 386'. Approximatly 25 bbl of cement was returned to surface.
1998473131 2014-08-16 I received a call from Donald Duty who informed me of the 13.375" casing cement job.
2115273064 2014-08-07 Operator got hung up while tripping out of the hole at the beginning of the week. Halliburton was rigging down upon arrival. A kick plug was set using cement with 16.8ppg and 1.02 yield. Operator plans to let plug set up for 24 hours and start drilling.
