The well is pumping by a Cabot gas powered pump jack and the well pad is free of excess contamination. The well identification and emergency contact information is marked at the well and storage but is faded, The storage consists of two tanks (#6618 & #6799) and a brine tank set in a dike. Two vertical separators sit east of the storage. The gated storage is commingled with the ERP (Erie #1) storage (the old Sun Oil facility) access coordinates N41.30571 W-82.360485 . Status: ok.

Corrective actions; place absorbent pads on ground at base of well head to collect the brine. The ground at well head and adjacent area is significantly stained / saturated with brine and fluids. Area of impact is about 10 to 15 square feet.
