-1182508000 2012-11-28 On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank, one 100 barrel brine tank, one knock-out tank, and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. This well shares a tank battery with permits 1523 and 1607. No violations at this time.

1380290176 2013-09-27 On the day of my inspection I met U.I.C. Inspector Dave Ball on location to witness an echo test. The test revealed that the fluid level was down approximately 30 feet since the last test. James Miller was advised to pump the well for longer time intervals. There were no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery and proper identification was posted.
1380314085 2013-09-27 On site to witness echo meter testing of fluid level on backside of tubing it was determined that fluid level was down 30' from previous reading done in Jan, 2013.

Note: Well is equipped with pumping unit and tubing and rods and 2-100 bbl tanks.
