-131582478 2013-09-30 On the day of my inspection the well was in production and the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A.
-360689250 2013-04-01 Met with Deputy Chief Bob Worstall and Supervisor Rocky King on site. Review drilling and producing on the pad. Next review the 50 bbl drip tank set up to see if the spacing needs to be changed. It appears to be far enough away from the compressors on this location not to be a problem.
1362798367 2013-03-08 I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 18-5/8" inch diameter casing string. Patterson Drilling Rig # 480 drilled a 24" inch diameter hole to 440 ft and then set 427 ft of casing. Patterson Drilling could not get casing to bottom and it became clear I could not witness the casing cement job and stay within the time constraint.
1379512208 2013-09-18 I am on site today to check the well pad and outside for low vegetation. I found most of the pad and just off the pad has good vegetaion. There is a large pile of soil with pit liner mixed in it on site.
845222540 2013-03-12 Patterson rig # 480 ran 1695' of 13-3/8" 54.5# R-3 casing. Stingray Cementing Services cemented the string from top to bottom with 1364 sx of Class A cement. There were good cement returns to surface. See the casing ticket for details.
