-1021521088 2005-07-12 Re-inspect this day - tank has not been gone to - still no current ID's, well with jack capable of producing, has turned in oil production for 2004 but I don't believe it. No chart in meter so not selling gas.
1034613931 2009-04-01 Inspection this day found well producing thru the casing for the landowner - they are using gas. No ID's, no tank - will need some help when well waters up.
1095082603 2004-09-10 Re-inspect found this well still not producing. Last talked to him this summer and he told me these 2 wells were producing. Polished rod indicates not pumping, Darrel is looking for new outlet for the gas, he says but can't sell gas, ID's still say Malvern, so XX'd them out, no chart in meter. Feel like he was not honest with me. Needs NOV - his excuse is can't get service rig, which is true.
1769761004 2008-03-31 Inspection this day found casing of well tied into line for homeowner. Rob Armstrong came and took all the equipment, pulled the well and left - dump tank down the hollow below the dike - oil & water went down the hill about 25' - witness said he was the one to do it after he told his hands to and they wouldn't. Oily spot where rods and tubing pulled out and laid on ground. No ID's.
713276689 2004-06-08 Inspection this day found well with pumpjack not producing, no chart in meter, all equipment there which is good considering hasn't produced since 1994. Tank has good ID's, but not current, good dike. This well needs NOV but will get with Darrell Cline this week or next to go over all idle wells and what he will do with them before writing up.
