1465361632 2007-08-13 An attempt to contact Mr. Michael Tucker by telephone was not successful. Mr. Dale Tucker states that the engine work has been completed on the Sater well. He states that he will have Michael Tucker return my call. An interview will be conducted with the landowner to see if house gas is now being received from these wells.
476604083 2007-07-17 A follow-up inspection revealed that the 100 bbl tank has been replaced. The previous tank contained large hole at top of tank. The engine for P#2873 is being reparied by Ohio Pump and Supply according to Mr. Michael Tucker. He states that the electric motor from P#2954 will be placed on this well. The engine will be placed on the P#2954. A new gas line is being ran to residential dwelling. Mr. Michael Tucker provided a run ticket from Ohio Oil Gathering Corporation showing commerical production from the Sater #1 & Sater #2 wells (common tank battery) on 7/3/2007. Records indicate that the last year of production was 1999.
753353878 2007-08-27 A follow-up inspection revealed that an engine has been placed on this well. Identification was not observed and is required. An interview with the landowner, confirmed that gas is not being received from either of the Sater wells. The gas line is still disconnected. Mr. Michael Tucker, the well owner, has not returned any phone calls.
755077191 2007-01-04 A follow-up inspection conducted on 1/4/2007 revealed that the well is still idle. The owner, Mr. Michael Tucker, stated that both the Sater #1 and #2 wells have bad pumps. Mr. Tucker also stated that the landowner, at one time was receiving house gas from these wells. An interview conducted with the landowner, on 1/4/2007 confirmed that no house gas is being received. The landowner stated that they are utilizing propane to heat their house. The gas line from the well to the house has been cut. Also, noted was that a 110bbl tank contained a hole near the top of the tank, the electrical box was lying on the ground and a power line, in the pasture, was low. Identification has been provided for both Sater#1 and Sater #2 wells. This case will be handed over to management.
