-493647488 2014-06-25 I was on location for a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in production. I noticed a pin hole gas leak coming from above the Demco (gate) Valve on the rabbit catcher. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the production tank. An identification sign was posted on the separator. The load line had a bull plug. The lease road was in stable condition with a closed gate at the entrance. I called Larry, the field supervisor. I instructed Larry to have the leak repaired. A follow-up inspection would be performed by 6/30/2014.
