-1457009463 2014-07-01 Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is currently shut in on the 4.5" production casing and is only providing domestic gas on 3/8" copper tubing. I spoke with Larrey Martin's Well Tender Brad Pritchett, and he stated that this well is scheduled to be worked on with a service rig this summer.
-1853694355 2013-01-28 Asked to check on well status by Bureau of Land Management. The identification tag on the tank did not have the American Petroleum Institute number but did have the lease name and owner contact information. The valves on the production casing was open. The drainage port on the bottom of the 100 barrel steel tank did not have a plug. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. Valves on storage facility shall be secured with bull plugs to prevent possible contamination. 9-9-05(A)10
