-1028310105 2014-04-03 Visited location on 04/03/2014 to witness logging job on the Bleachtech #13 well. The hole was loaded on 04/02/2014 with pit water (note: drilling operations had been completed the previous week, so solids in pit had settled out and water was taken from top of pit). Appalachian Well Services rigged up and logged the well. The cement bond on the 8 5/8" casing looked excellent throughout the entire length of the string.
-1721455863 2014-04-10 Visited location on 04/10/2014. Crew was working to harden pit for Bleachtech #14 and #13 wells with fly ash from Chem Tech. No problems were noted at the time.
-1751501323 2014-02-22 Visited rig on 02/22/2014 for conductor casing cement job. Rig drilled 20" hole to 178' on freshwater mud. 4 joints of 16", 65# conductor casing was run to 161'. Rigged up Petroset to cement well to surface. Cement job went well; got 14 bbls good cement returns to surface. Plan forward is to wait on cement.
-1946409363 2014-02-26 Visited rig to check on status of drilling operations. At the tim eof the inspection, rig was drilling ahead at 1,488'.
150558545 2014-02-25 Visited location on 02/25/2014 for surface casing cement job. Rig drilled a 14 3/4" hole to 660', and ran 631' of 11 3/4", 32# surface casing with a collar on the bottom and 2 centralizers. Rigged up Petroset for cement job. Cement job went well; got 8 bbls good cement returns to surface.
840077672 2014-03-02 Visited location on 03/02/2014 for production casing cement job. Rig drilled 11" hole to 2,427' and ran 2,388' of 8 5/8", 32# production casing. Rigged up Petroset for cement job. Cement job went well; 380 bbls good cement returns to surface. Performed MIT test after cement job. Pressured up well to 1150 psi for 15 minutes. No noticeable pressure lost during test; test passed. Plan forward is to wait on cement, and then drill-out to TD.
