-168224953 2014-07-22 Inspected production well on 07/22/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl steel tank, 1-25 bbl steel tank, 1-horizontal separator, and a small compressor station located within an overgrown earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (6); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a swedge and elbow. The well did not appear to be hooked up at the time of the inspection. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required, but Dave Pekarek, the pumper, was notified onsite at another well later in the day, and will get proper identification posted directly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
