-1060317999 2007-04-30 Met with Mr. Bill Hall, owner of land but not royalty owner. He is wanting additional dozer work so he can mow land, wants electric boxes covered up "so cows won't get electrocuted", complaining about roads, wants old junk pipe picked up. While most of this is not required of the operator and the previous owner did none of these required tasks, will talk with Jeff Jackson and try to make peace between the 2. If a little dozer work will solve the problem, will suggest he does it. The lease does not look bad, and Jeff says what he fixes, the farmer turns cows in immediately and they tear up so can't fix up. Oddly, the landowner complains about Jeff running all over the land, but landowner did not stay on roads this day and has complained about Jeff not shutting the gate, yet said today to leave it open. Jeff says the dairy farmer running cows in here keeps stuff stirred up!
