She called to ask about procedures for filing plugging reports for the 11 Yohe Enterprise wells in Fulton County. The wells had been plugged without proper notification to the inspector and the plugging was not witnessed. All plug reports will be filed by Yohe Enterprises as soon as possible along with the signed affidavit. | ||||
| 1126637130 | 2005-09-13 | Called at 11:45 am to witness surface cement job at 12:45 pm. Well is shallow gas well, approximately 470 deep, and is being drilled by Bob Heuer. Consultant John Powell on site with representative from Yohe Enterprises. Hole drilled to depth of 185 feet for surface casing. Cement was circulated to surface for cementing of surface casing. Fresh water from drilling and cement from circulation captured in unlined pit. Another pit will be constructed with a liner for production drilling. | ||||
