-2010291882 2013-01-07 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence and locked. The identification signs at the tank battery and well had the wrong permit number as 2-5372. I contacted Everflow and requested a new identification sign with the correct permit number be installed at the tank battery and well head. The tank battery was shared by permit numbers 2-3360, 2-3521, and 2-3606. It contained four, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, four separators, and a dike. The separators had week long production charts. The reported production was up to date in our database. The lease road was in good operating condition. This well was put into production prior to Senate Bill 165 for urban requirements.
