-1776930625 2012-03-27 Inspection to update GPS and well status for a potential Orphan Well Package. At the time of my inspection the well had 8"conductor casing, 6" surface casing with casing head, 2" tubing on a casing head ring. Rods with a stuffing box still inside tubing. Anchor for old pumping unit located four feet to the west.
-246698061 2013-04-23 At the time of the inspection there was no activity on site. All rods and tubing were removed on 4-19-13 and the well is ready to plug.
1050715571 2013-05-08 At the time of the inspection the well was plugged from 1200' to 400' with approximately 5 yards of 9 sack grout from the surface. This was done with the remaining grout from the plugging of 60217 and 60218.
1262206182 2013-07-16 An inspection of the Final Restoration revealed compliance with Ohio Revised Code 1509.072. The well site was situated on a location designated as agricultural field. An interview conducted with the landowner, Mr. Tim Sautter, at his residence confirmed that he was satisfied with the restoration of the property to include wells located within field crop.
1366892474 2013-04-19 At the time of the inspection the rods and tubing had dropped down hole about 20'. This happened during the initial attempt to remove them from the well. The contractor was authorized by Orphan Well Director Eugene Chini to commence with fishing activities at 9:00 am and fishing started at 10:30 am. At 11:30 am the tubing was speared, brought to the surface, and set in the slips for one hour of additional fishing. All rods and tubing were removed from the well on 4-19-13.
