-1777796770 2012-02-21 An inspection, accompanied by inspector Kip Thompson, of this well presented only one violation. It was venting gas from the annulus. Mr. Lou Altier was notified by telephone on Thursday 2/23/12 at 4:08pm. Issue was discussed, and he agreed to comply. We also discussed warning stickers that stated the equipment started up automatically, as per the complainant's concern. Mr. Altier also stated that he plans on putting gravel on the well site.
