-2146040194	2013-03-22		I inspected Dominion East Ohio Gas storage well #2667 today. The well is located in Section 33, Green Township, Summit County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a master gate valve, a side gate valve with a 4.00" Daniel's run plumbed into the main pipeline. There is a flow gate with a 3.00" line plumbed into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with valves and bullhead plugs in place. The storage tank is contained within a dike that is in conformity with 1501-9-9-05. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. No violations found.
-390922666	2004-04-29		During a status check inspection, a bine leak was discovered at the heater tube for the 210 bbl stock tank. Lynn Strazi was contacted and met me on site. He said that he would have the tank drained today and replaced as soon as possible.		9-1-07

660886098	2003-03-14		Status check inspection of this common tank battery for the 3G well and the Doering #1 well (P-2358). The 3G tank, separator and vault were in reasonably good condition. The wellhead however, lacks the proper signage. I notified the pumper, Dan Long, who stated that he will be placing a sign at the wellhead.		9-9-05(A)10
