1707286659 | 2002-10-16 | Inspect Cleanup and restoration activities for the tank battery. Impacted soils within and around the dike field were excavated and hauled to a local landfill. Manifest and weight tickets submitted to the state by the owner / operator. New dike field was under construction for refurbished 210 bbl Oil tank. Dike field is lined with heavy plastic liner and sand to prevent loss of product / brine. Tank was placed and plumed. Brine was transferred from number 2 - 210 bbl tank to refurbished tank due to leak caused by corrosion near base of #2 tank at the clean-out plate. Electricians trench from utility pole northward and along east edge of dike field / tank farm. Excavate to approximately 36 inches below grade. Remnants of oil impacted soils are visible as a band one-(1) to three-(3) inches thick approximately 12 inches to 18 inches below grade along where the tank farm is located. The presence of less impacted soils are above the impacted soils. Possible remediation of this are may have occurred during a previous event.

42641062 | 2013-03-04 | Inspected the Wood Romich #1 (#299) as part of a standard productive well status check. The well is pumping by a black USS "oilwell" electric powered pump jack and the well pad is clean and free of excess contamination. The complete storage consists of three tanks (#42381, #42382 and #42383) commingled with #266 and #315. The storage complex serves as storage for the disposal well (two plastic brine tanks) for the Goodman #2 (SWIW #2) and is completely surrounded by a 43'W x 66'L x 30"D galvanized steel sided gravel lined dike. The tanks have recently been painted and the identification is not sufficient. Mr. Frantz has new labels and is waiting on weather to attach to the storage tanks.
