-1567487218 | 2014-04-28 | Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the drilling rig Patterson 342 has completed drilling the 12.250 2nd intermediate well bore stage and the 9.625 casing has been run to a depth 7,123' with a guide shoe and casing float collar ran along with proper casing centralizer placement demonstrated, Halliburton cement services were on location beginning the cement job.
-1822533357 | 2014-05-15 | Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the well control blow out preventer still in the closed position with the drill string still on bottom at 13,673' with the company working to increase the mud weight from it's current 16.6# weight to 16.9# with a recent attempt to open the well control choke valve showing an increase in fluid volume and pressure from under 1000 gas unit to up over 4000 gas units, the choke valves were reduced and the well allowed to balance back out.
-1825021588 | 2014-01-21 | Status check inspection found Patterson drilling currently drilling the 2nd intermediate 12.250well bore on air at a depth pf 4775' with a projected total depth to be drilled of approximately 7100'.
-20329787 | 2014-01-13 | Status check inspection found Falcon Drilling rig 20 drilling the 1st intermediate 17.5 well bore section at 1267' on air..
-2082223987 | 2014-05-12 | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 13,700' in the 8.5 horizontal well bore section with a directional azimuth of 151.90 degrees. Due to a down hole high influx of gas pressure the well head blow out preventer was closed on 05/10/2014 at 1:30pm, well bore circulation was maintained and the mud weight was increased to 15.6# on the inlet with a decrease down to 15.4# on the outlet and a total fluid gain of 100 barrels overall, at the time of my inspection the gas has subsided to 4,038 units and the company was increasing the mud weight to 15.7# once well control is totally established they will see if the drill string is free.
-2106830298 | 2014-06-09 | Status check follow up inspection to document the annular pressure between the 9.625 and 13.375, the company men on site reported the well is still building pressure between the casing strings with no internal pressure on the 9.625.
-38891214 | 2014-05-09 | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found Patterson Drilling rig # 342 on location drilling the 8.5 production borehole at a current depth of 12,558' with the last borehole directional survey being taken at 12,419', the current directional azimuth is 150.31 degrees and the inclination is 87.88 degrees with a true vertical depth of 8,015', a borehole influx of 2764 units of 3rd party gas has been encountered and the company has ran a 14.6# lcm sweep to bring the gas levels down.
-448745715 | 2014-05-14 | Status check inspection on the current well down hole pressure issue encountered while drilling the production borehole at a depth of 13,673' found the well head control blow out preventer still in the closed position and the 8.5 directional drill assembly and drill string still on bottom with the company circulating 16.5# oil based drilling mud with the measured gas units down to 963, an attempt to open the BOP and begin to pull the drill string was unsuccessful with the gas units beginning to climb, the company will continue to balance the mud weight and try to bring the down hole pressure down by circulating on the hole.
-823140621 | 2014-05-01 | Status check inspection on the drilling process found Patterson Drilling rig 342 on the hole with the current drilling depth to be 8,061' in the horizontal curve section of the well bore with a current directional azimuth of 163.71 degrees and a true vertical well bore depth of 7.746'.
1248598539 | 2014-05-16 | Inspection revealed that drilling rig was circulating well bore trying to circulate gas out of hole and once they get well bore static they will attempt to come out of hole and rig up snubbing unit to run 2.875" tubing in well and set 9" packer @ approximately 7100'.
1389420911 | 2014-01-11 | On 01/11/14 Falcon Drilling rig 20 is now on the hole and 377' of 18.625 surface casing has been set and cemented to surface by Allied cement services with Class A-2% calcium-1/4# flake- 100% excess of cement ran with circulation established prior to cementing and no cement returns to surface along with the casing being pressure tested upon the landing of the plug with no recorded pressure loss. The well was pressure grouted with 20 barrels of cement from surface.
1389807818 | 2014-01-15 | On 01/15/14 the 17.5 diameter 1st intermediate borehole total depth drilled was reached at 2092' and 2071' of 13.375 J-55 54.5# casing was ran.
1400622012 | 2014-05-20 | Status check on site inspection to witness the free point of the drill string after the plugging of the drill string in the horizontal well bore, Blue Dot pipe recovery services were on location but could not get their truck to properly operate, I left location at 9:30 am to go to another job and was notified by John Mcevers later this day that the possible top of cement was at 5000' and they were bring in a 2nd wire line truck to confirm this through a bond log.
1400703784 | 2014-05-20 | Inspection revealed that free point on backside of drill string was noted@4300' and they backed off pipe@4254' and circulated all oil base drilling fluid out of hole and loaded it with 9# brine and circulated hole while waiting on orders from corporate office on how they want to proceed with P/A plan.
1402000618 | 2014-06-05 | On 05/19/14 the 8.5 production borehole was cemented through the drill string in place at a depth 13,673' with the drill string and down hole assembly left in the borehole. On 05/20/14 Blue Dot pipe recovery services ran a free point tool indicating the top of cement on the annular side of the drill string at 4,500'- the drill string was then backed off at 4,250' and a 400' plug set by Allied cement services with the top of the plug tagged at 3852'- a 300' surface plug was then set. On 05/30/14 during a random site inspection it was reported that there is annular gas migration between the 13.375 & 9.625 casing strings with the company reporting they are going to monitor the situation and discuss the situation with the Division's management.
1760118583 | 2014-05-21 | On site to set 400' plug on top of drill pipe which was backed off@freepoint(4252') Allied cementing pumped a 149 sack plug with a weight of 16 ppg Type H cement and displaced it with 61 bbl of displacement fluid.
Note: Tagged plug@3850' rig crew then pulled drill pipe up to 300' and then set top plug once cement top was confirmed rig crew started to nipple down BOP stack and once removed welder will place required steel plate on top of casing once it is cut down 30" below ground level. |

1839678806 | 2014-05-17 | Notification was received from John Mcevers at 2:45 pm today that the well gas influx has been controlled with 17.1 pound mud to a point the blow out preventer has been opened and the casing string has been attempted to be pulled unsucessfully with the drill string still sitting 20' off bottom at 13,673', they are proposing cementing the drill string in place through the directional drilling down hole assembly to a point of 250' up inside the 9.625 casing string and setting a 9.625 bridge plug on top of the cement. Notification was made to Deputy Chief Bob Worstall and District supervisor Brent Bear with the understanding a pre job proposal will be submitted before the cementing takes place and inspectors will be notified and on site to witness the job.
469192353 | 2014-05-19 | On site along with local inspector to witness plugging of bottom hole Halliburton pumped 1850 sacks of Type H cement with gas block additives and estimated top of cement was noted at 8860' will confirm tomorrow when they free point drill pipe and pump additional cement to bring it back up into 9.625 casing. |
