-507586464 2011-12-27 On 12/27/2011, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed an urban preliminary restoration well inspection for DNR Inspector Ray Wallace. The lease road, tank battery, and well head locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed.
1374687940 2013-07-24 The producing unit consists of a wellhead with mechanical plunger-lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead is located in a chain-link enclosure which is locked. Unit ID is good. The well is currently producing. I did not observe any signs of leakage or problems. The AST battery is comprised on two 140-barreil production tanks, one 50-barrel brine tank in a chain-link enclosure. Two mechanical separstors are located outside the enclosure. The battery is shared with the #1828 and #1829 units. Secondary containment is good and safety equipment is present in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E.
