-225959616 2011-03-28 Inspection this day found well with jack, capable of producing. Good ID's on tank, good dike, cut in hillside running down to highway and lower level of hill, will be site of new meter so can sell gas. Randy, rentor in house on Dr. Fuller's property and pumper for the well, says Dr. Fuller broke the lease to Ray Brannum and is now letting Sweetwater production group, run by Clinton George of Canton, operate the well - he was an investor of Brannum's and has claims against Brannum. They say Dr. Fuller has a claim against the Columbia meter and the line laid on Fuller property without a right of way - Columbia will not sell gas thru that meter. So new owners of the remaining Brannum/Circleville Gas wells will have to find new source to sell gas. Getting more complicated. Called new owners and gave them Dr. Fuller's number to see if they can't work out a means to sell gas from Brannum's wells.
