1335538775 2012-04-24 On 4/24/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit (rabbit), which was located 0.2 miles southeast of the tank battery. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank with the proper identification posted and a separator. I noticed no visible spills/leaks and no dike. The lease road was in great condition and there are no violation at this time.
1867908926 2003-09-26 The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1- separator, 1- buried concrete salt water tank and no dike.
