494295515 2012-09-28 The tank battery (TB) is enclosed within an 8-foot, wood slat style enclosure. The gate is locked. The TB is comprised of one, 210-barrel (BBL) production tank, one, 10 BBL poly brine tank, a mechanical separator and associated valves. The mechanicals are in good condition and the TB dike is present and intact. Tank spacing is good. The wellhead is enclosed within a 6-foot, wood slat enclosure. The wellhead is fitted with a plunger-lift system. I observed gas leaking or venting from the wellhead. I advised Cuyahoga County Inspector Ray Wallace about leaking gas and he indicated that he would follow up with the well owner.
