-1424357835 2012-03-02 I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a pumping unit and connects to a tank battery that consists of one 210 barrel stock tank, one 100 barrel brine storage tank, one separator, and an earthen dike. The tank battery is shared with permit 2988. Proper identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. No violations at this time.

1190926499 2007-09-27 Driving by well noted smoke coming from the vent stack on the well. Called Greg New from Dorfman, Greg was on site within 5 minutes. Tank battery was not smoking. Dump valve was stuck open. Well was venting gas. 1.5' sheen of fluid on the east side of the tank down the side. Greg, shut valve off. Well have employee replace the rubber on the valve.
638739670 2009-05-05 I performed a status check. The well is in the RBDMS as final restoration. This well is producing. The well was plugged back and drilled in the Clinton. There are no violation at this time.
