1192078660 2013-10-02 There are no issues to report at this time.
1662724493 2013-02-21 Upon inspection, well was find idle with the 4.5" casing and the 2" tubing deteriorated from rust. Both had holes eroded through the steel. There was an odor of gas. The 2" was tied into a production line at top of wellhead however the valve was shut. At the top of the hill that production line was separated and not tied into any other line. There was no identification at wellhead and there are no tanks. The operator must make well capable of commercial production within 30 days; or plugging is required within 30 days. Failure to comply may result in Forfeiture of Bond. 3/7/2013: Mark Heins called and said he is going to head out and look at the well in question. He said it would not be until spring before they can fix anything but he would tell operator to correct/get current on any production issues. 9-1-03C
